Shop Rules and Privacy Policy
RULES FOR THE PURCHASE AND SALE OF MB DINGOM
1. General terms
These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase ("Terms") set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the Buyer ("You") and the Seller ("We") when you purchase goods from the online shop ("e-shop").
2. The moment of conclusion of the sale and purchase agreement
2.1 The Contract between You and Us shall be deemed to have been concluded from the moment You click on the "Place Order" button in the e-shop, after having created a shopping cart, specified the delivery address, chosen the payment method and read our rules.
2.2 The Contract shall commence upon receipt of payment for the Goods, but not later than 3 (three) working days after receipt of payment for the Goods, and shall remain in force until the Goods have been delivered to you. If we do not receive payment for the goods within the specified period, the order shall not be fulfilled and all information relating to this order shall be cancelled.
2.3 The information of each order is stored in the e-shop.
2.4 If you have chosen the payment method "Pay by bank transfer", the order sent by email is considered as a pre-invoice for payment. In other cases, payment is made immediately.
2.5 The order shall commence on the next working day after receipt of payment and shall take up to 12 working days to complete.
3. Your rights
3.1 The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store www.dingom.com in accordance with the Rules and the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania in force at the time of purchase.
3.2 You have the right to withdraw from the contract for the sale of goods with the e-shop, unless the contract is concluded for:
3.2.1. participation in games or lotteries;
3.2.2. in other cases where the sale and purchase agreement cannot be withdrawn, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania
4. Your responsibilities
4.1 You must pay the price of the Goods and their delivery within three working days of the conclusion of the contract of sale (unless otherwise agreed), as well as any additional payments (if so agreed), and accept the Goods ordered in accordance with the procedure set out in these Terms and Conditions.
4.2 If the details provided on your registration form change, you must update them immediately.
4.3 By using the e-shop, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase and are bound by them.
5. Our rights
5.1 If the Customer attempts to interfere with the operation or stable functioning of the e-shop, We may, without prior notice, restrict or suspend the Customer's access to the e-shop or, in exceptional circumstances, cancel the Customer's registration.
5.2 We may, in important circumstances, temporarily or permanently discontinue the e-shop without prior notice to you.
5.3 We may unilaterally change the terms of these Terms.
6. Our Duties
6.1 We are committed to respecting the privacy of the Customer and the right to the protection of his/her personal information provided in the registration form of the online store www.dingom.com. The Seller shall use it in accordance with MB Dingom's privacy policy and applicable law.
6.2 To provide you with all the conditions for the proper use of the services provided by the e-shop.
6.3 Deliver the goods ordered by you to the provided address within the agreed delivery period.
6.4 In the event of serious circumstances where we are unable to deliver the goods you have ordered, we undertake to offer you an equivalent product and, if you refuse to accept an equivalent product, to refund your money within 72 hours.
7. Delivery of goods
7.1 When ordering an item, you may choose the method of delivery. If you wish to receive the Goods by another method, please contact us at orders@dingom.com.
7.2 You must inspect the condition of the shipment at the time of delivery.
7.3 Once you have signed the delivery document, the Parcel shall be deemed to have been delivered.
7.4 If you notice any damage to the Parcel, you must not accept the Parcel and must note this on the consignment note. If you accept the goods and sign the consignment note without any remarks, the consignment shall be deemed to have been properly delivered.
8. Returning goods

8.2 The returned item must be fully assembled. You are responsible for the complete assembly and packing of the item. If the item is not complete and properly packed, We have the right not to accept the item.
8.3 The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and in the packaging in which it was delivered. The packaging must be undamaged, clean, properly prepared and packed.
8.4 The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by you, unless the goods are returned due to faulty quality.
8.5 Where a faulty product is returned, We undertake to replace the faulty product with another product. If We do not have an equivalent item, We will refund the money You paid for the item.
8.6 Goods may be returned within 15 days of the date of delivery of the goods by notifying us by email at orders@dingom.com
9. Responsibility
9.1 You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the registration form. If you do not provide accurate data on the registration form, we shall not be liable for the consequences.
9.2 You are responsible for your actions when using the e-shop.
9.3 You are responsible for the transmission of login data to third parties. If third parties use your login data, you are responsible for the actions taken by the third party.
10. Sending information
10.1 We will send all communications to the email address provided in your registration form.
10.2 You shall send all communications and enquiries by the means indicated in the "Contact Us" section of Our e-shop.
11. Protection of personal data
11.1 Any information relating to personal data shall be subject to the Seller's privacy policy and the legislation governing the protection of personal data.
11.2 The Seller shall not transfer (except in cases and according to the procedure established by the law of the Republic of Lithuania) the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except for the entities contributing to the execution of the order, for which these data are necessary for the successful execution of the order (e.g. postal couriers).
12. Final provisions
12.1 The distribution of any e-shop information without the written consent of the Seller is prohibited.
12.2 These Rules shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
12.3 All disagreements arising out of the application of these Rules shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disagreements shall be settled in accordance with the procedures established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
MB DINGOM PRIVACY POLICY
1. General terms
1.1 This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") governs the principles of processing of personal data by MB "Dingom", legal entity code 303324455, registered office address Verkių str. 23-90, Vilnius, Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as the "We"), when you visit or purchase goods in our online store www.dingom.com.
1.2 The collection, processing and storage of your personal data is governed by this Privacy Policy, the EU General Data Protection Regulation 216/679, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.
1.3 By submitting your personal data to www.dingom.com, you agree that www.dingom.com will manage and process it for the purposes, means and in the manner provided for in this Privacy Policy and in the legislation.
2. Collection, processing, storage of personal data
2.1 www.dingom.com respects your right to privacy. You are only asked to disclose personal information when purchasing goods from this online shop at the time of placing your order. Your personal data (name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address) is collected and processed for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order and delivering the goods ordered.
2.2 The Buyer may register or purchase on this e-shop without registering. When registering - the buyer must complete the registration form. The Buyer agrees to provide true, accurate information about themselves on the registration form. The Buyer also agrees to update this information if it changes. If the Buyer provides incorrect information, the Online Shop has the right to suspend or terminate the Buyer's registration and to refuse to provide its services to the Buyer.
2.3 www.dingom.com undertakes not to disclose the personal data of the buyer to third parties, except where the information is necessary for a partner providing delivery of goods or other services related to the proper execution of the buyer's order. In all other cases, the buyer's personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in the cases and according to the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.4 The data of registered user accounts shall be kept until the user decides to cancel the account.
2.4 The www.dingom.com website uses essential cookies (small text files stored in your browser or device) to enable the website to perform its basic functions and, with your consent, non-essential cookies to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and to analyse depersonalised data in order to improve the performance of our website. 3. Final provisions
3.1 The legal relations related to this Policy shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.2. www.dingom.com has the right to change the Privacy Policy by posting a notice on the online store. Continued use of our website services implies compliance with these terms. All disagreements and disputes arising shall be settled by negotiation. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
